How do I backup my facebook contacts from my HTC phone?

A while back, I lost my phone and with it a lot of numbers.



Thankfully, many of my friends posted thier number to thier facebook profile so when I got my new HTC (hero) I simply imported my Facebook contacts.



However, in the case that one of my friends deletes their number off Facebook or their profile ect I will loose it.



Can you tell me how to back these numbers up (I backed up my sim card added numbers easily - but their doesn't seem to be an option for backing up Facebook numbers).



Please also note, Facebook phone book (online) is no longer accessible.
