I dropped my iPhone 4 today from 3 feet high when it slipped out of it's case. I got a lot of tiny scratches and it messed up the SIM card. So I went to AT%26amp;T and while there, I also found out the top speaker broke when receiving calls I would not here the other end, even with 5 bars. My iPhone 4 came with a defected SIM card and they had to give me a new a few months back. The guy said to backup my phone to iTunes and that Apple would give me a new one. My question is, will I get a NEW one or a REFURBISHED one?IPhone 4 defects... Will I get a new one?
