Is it save to download Sims 3 Late Night for Mac?

I already download the Late Nigh Expansion Pack once but, then my game (The Sims 3) didn't launch ever again after i installed it. Now, i got the new Sims 3 that I downloaded from torrent but, i still want to download it again.. I'm not sure if it's the same one (the expansion pack) from where i downloaded before so, i was afraid that it will crash again. Is it safe to download it again? Just a reminder..

I would. Late night is one of the best expansions so far in my opinion because it contains so many more bonuses and add-ons. Personally I would just buy it. Torrents are good for full games but not normally for expansions. It is very risky to download things off of sites other than pirate bay in my opinion. You should also read the comments on the torrent to see if people are saying it is a virus or if it's fake

I'm guessing that it crashed because your Mac's firmware is too new, or the game was corrupted, so if you end up downloading the same one again and it crashes, it's not a big deal, but try downloading one from a couple different torrents, just to be sure. Because they'd be parallel downloads they wouldn't be as fast, but that's no big deal.

@mr. mister: I don't know about the US copyright laws, but here in Canada, downloading pirated files is legal. XD Uploading isn't, though.Is it save to download Sims 3 Late Night for Mac?
If you download by torrent you have to follow directions perfectly.
If you download by torrent, the game might contact the company that created it.
